Terms of use

ADFLU’s apps at app.adflu.in are run by ADFLU Media House Private Limited (“ADFLU”, “we”, “us”), the advertising and digital marketing agency behind adflu.in (opens in a new tab). You can reach us at hello@adflu.in.

By creating a workspace or using ADFLU’s apps, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you use the apps for a company or a brand, you confirm that you are allowed to agree for it.

If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

• Give true details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
• If you think someone else has used your login, write to hello@adflu.in straight away.
• The apps are for businesses, and for people aged 18 or over.

Spotted checks the sponsored videos you add for your logo, frame by frame, and reports what each channel promised, reported and delivered, with screenshots as proof.

How many people saw your logo, and what that was worth, are Spotted’s own estimates. Spotted works them out itself; they are not figures from YouTube, Instagram or the channel. Use them as a guide in your talks with creators, not as a guarantee.

Pay creator makes a UPI payment link and QR code with the creator’s UPI ID and the amount. The money goes from your bank to theirs. ADFLU never holds or touches it, and is not part of any deal between you and a creator.

Find influencers is a free directory of YouTube channels. You contact creators yourself, and any deal you make is between you and them.

Get assistance asks ADFLU’s team to run an influencer campaign for you. It is a paid service: we agree the work and the price with you before anything starts.

ADFLU’s other apps on your apps page are ADFLU’s services. Asking for one sends a request to our team, who will get in touch. Any work is agreed with you separately.

Find influencers uses YouTube API Services. By using Find influencers, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms (opens in a new tab).

Google’s Privacy Policy applies to the data that YouTube provides: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy (opens in a new tab). Our Privacy policy says what we keep from YouTube and for how long.

ADFLU’s apps are not made or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

• You keep every right to the logos, videos, sheets and notes you add. You let ADFLU store and process them only to run the apps for you.
• Upload only what you have the right to use. Do not use the apps to download videos from YouTube, or from any other platform, against its rules.
• A creator you invite can see your logo kit and send their videos for your campaign through their private link. Share that link only with them.

• Use the apps lawfully, and only for your own brand’s marketing.
• Do not try to get into other workspaces or into our systems, overload the apps, copy the directory in bulk, or resell anything from it.
• Contact details in Find influencers come from each channel’s own public YouTube description. Use them only to offer creators genuine work, in line with the law. No spam, and no harassment.

We may pause or close a workspace that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Some of ADFLU’s services are paid. The price and payment terms are agreed with you before any work starts, and are set out in your quote or agreement. Payments to ADFLU go through our authorised payment partners.

We work to keep the apps running and your data safe, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something you rely on, we will try to tell you in advance.

ADFLU, and its directors, employees, partners, agents and suppliers, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, such as lost profits, data, use or goodwill, that comes from using the apps or from not being able to use them. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You can stop using the apps at any time. To close your workspace and delete its data, write to hello@adflu.in from the email you log in with.

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will give at least 30 days’ notice, in the apps or by email, before it takes effect. If you keep using the apps after that, you agree to the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
